Iced Coffee

There’s nothing like a good cup of iced coffee on a warm summer morning! I thought I’d share with you how I make it, but feel free to experiment and adjust the ingredients to your liking!

Measure out 1/2 cup boiling water and add 1 rounded teaspoon instant coffee granules (or you can just use extra-strong coffee). Add 1/4 cup milk and 2-3 teaspoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, sugar, or several drops of stevia). I like a drizzle of maple syrup and 8 drops vanilla-flavored stevia. Stir this all together and slowly pour into a large cup or mug filled with ice cubes. Let this sit for a minute, and then stir it again. Enjoy!
